Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your clean beauty purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Policy Requirements

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used fragrances (unless defective)
  • Opened or used makeup products (unless defective)
  • Opened skincare products (seals must be intact)
  • Opened haircare products (seals must be intact)

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our Beauty Concierge at [email protected] with your order number and product details
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package your return – Include all original packaging and a copy of your order confirmation
  4. Ship your return – Send to our fulfillment center at the address provided in your approval email

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival):

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • PayPal refunds are usually processed within 24 hours
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email which product you’d like to exchange for
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference plus shipping costs for the new item

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
